The smooth, rounded edges ensure maximum patient comfort, while the translucent material minimizes light reflection and shadows during photography.

The included Black Boards (blocking discs) enhance the contrast in images by eliminating unwanted background elements, making them ideal for showcasing dental work with clarity and precision. These can be digitally enhanced using tools like Keynote’s Alpha function to improve image presentation.

Care Instructions

Sterilization:

• Pre-vacuum autoclave: 4 mins at 132°C (270°F)
• Gravity displacement: 25 mins at 121°C (250°F)
• Drying time: 30 minutes after autoclaving
• Use purified water for best results

Disinfection:

• Soak in disinfectant for 30–40 minutes
• Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry
• Change disinfectant weekly (Brand used: MICRO at Beethoven Orthodontic Clinic)
