SIE1 – Explorer-Plugger (yellow/blue)

A real innovative instrument. One side features a thin, pointed explorer (4 mm), essential for detecting canals after apical resection. The flexible explorer enhances tactile feedback for easier canal and isthmus identification. The long plugger has a flat tip with rounded angles and an inverse-tapered shape for precise retro filling adaptation. Its 6 mm length is ideal for longer, straight canals.

SIE2 – Plugger (blue)

This plugger features the same flat tip with rounded angles and inverse taper. With two different lengths (3.5 mm & 4.5 mm), it completes the three pluggers in the kit and supports the most sensitive part of micro apical surgery – the retro filling.

SIE3 – Periosteal Elevator (green)

Two different sizes in one instrument for sharp periosteal tissue dissection without damage. The double-shaft inclination ensures the ideal angle for smooth flap elevation. No need for left/right variants.

VA10 – Plugger-Spatula (grey/yellow)

The gold standard for apical microsurgery. One end has a thin angled spatula for placing retro filling material; the other end features a spherical ball for initial adaptation of the material.

VA21 – Curette (red)

This surgical double curette is shaped like an excavator but with a sharper edge, ensuring fast and efficient lesion removal in apical microsurgery.
