Diamond System for Effective Bone Debridement

The Degranulation Kit contains four extra coarse, round diamond instruments with diameters of 1.0, 2.5, 3.0, and 3.5 mm. The instruments have been specially developed to enable quick and easy bone debridement. With the help of these diamonds, degranulation tissue adhering to the bone can be removed quickly and easily without damaging the surrounding bone, so that subsequently inserted grafting material comes into direct contact with healthy bone. This makes the Degranulation Kit a crucial addition to the degranulation process.
