Master-Pin-Control Plus

Pin System for Membrane Fixation | Developed with Dr. Istvan Urban

Master-Pin-Control is designed especially for the fixation of resorbable, non-resorbable, and titanium-reinforced membranes. The Master-Pin-Control Plus contains two types of pins:

  • Flat-head pins – ideal for use under thin soft tissue
  • Large-head pins – easy to locate beneath soft tissue after healing

All pins are made from Grade 5 titanium alloy and include grooves that increase surface area, allowing for easy and safe removal post-healing. Their sharp tips and stable shafts allow for precise insertion into dense cortical bone, even at an angle.

To simplify and ensure safe bleeding point creation in the cortical bone, the set includes the Twist Drill 203S with an automatic depth stop.
